How to Hire a Room

If you are interested in hiring one or more of the rooms at the Village Hall, simply follow these steps.

Read the Terms & Conditions for Hire.

Check the calendar for availability.

Create a booking via Hallmaster.

Complete our booking form. 

OR

Once your booking has been confirmed by us. You will receive an email of confirmation and an invoice.

5.png

Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of booking. Once payment has been received, you will be emailed confirmation and the door keycodes for access.
